Now Hiring - Accountant/ Sales Operations in Fontana, CA

This is a six month contractor position with high possibility for full-time position after it ends.

Order taking and process:

1. Process all EDI and non-EDI orders.

2. Update the vendor portals with items that are shipped short or are out of stock.

3. Obtain freight quotes for the prepaid customers when necessary.

4. Work with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are routed and shipped on time.

5. Help the logistics department with the EDI invoicing.

Accounts Payables:

1. Submit all invoices and contracts into internal payment system for approval

2. General expenses: post invoices and make payments

3. Credit card payments and reconciliation (including intercompany transactions)

4. Calculate, pay, and fax GST tax payment

5. Calculate commissions based on cash received and post POs

Accounts Receivables:

1. Calculate and post sales deductions and allowances took by customer into NAV and apply payment to invoices and credit memos

2. Check accuracy of Sales Orders and post them in NAV; Send EDI and non-EDI invoices accordingly

3. Update and maintain finance lease&sublease workbook; calculate monthly rent+fee we need to charge tenants; Prepare and send invoices to tenants and collect the money; pay our office rent

4. Check past-due AR and contact customer regarding payment

5. Deposit checks

6. Prepare proforma invoices per request

7. Get shipping quote, charge customer for actual shipping fee incurred

Other:

1. Update daily cash register; Post bank payments and deposits into NAV(ERP system); And month-end bank reconciliation

2. Keep track of consignment sales and inventories

3. Post intercompany PO and SO

4. Calculate and fill out royalty reports in customer’s portal

5. Help with month-end financial closing

6. Help with audit

7. Help with other government required reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
